Bevvie, Bevvie, we would all like to say
that we hope you're not unhappy on this day
yeah your hair's a little grayer, the dress size got bigger
and you've lost a lot of that vim and vigor
walking past men, there's not usually a wink
your day is highlighted washing dishes in the sink
the hubby says "hey, how's my old gal today?"
were you a bit younger, you'd have something clever to say
people's comments on your looks, no longer ooh's and ahh's
they merely point out all of your wrinkles and flaws
the heck with them all, you are beginning to say
i won't let these smart alecks ruin my special day
just keep being positive, for it's really no sin
it's simply beginning stages of senility setting in!!!!!!

being old is NOT THAT BAD………
YEAH, RIGHT!!!!!!!!!
