i've been crying, such a long time
losing both my heart and my soul
have nowhere to turn, the tears have run dry
seems all that's left, is an unanswered why

i remember love, and my heart danced
the warm sun did so fill my sky
my sky's no longer, that warm shade of blue
my world is dark, so dark without you

.....they say that every heart mends,
but how do you mend so very many pieces?
