i look at your face
and into your eyes
and realize that i don't know you anymore
i say a few words
get empty answers
sometimes that's the way life turns out
but i remember a special smile
one filled with rainbows and laughter
on a sad and lonely, or trying day
you made me smile so brightly
where did those smiles disappear to?
where did you go?
wherever it is, i pray you find what you couldn't here....
