Pomeranian dogs, being so tiny, have a "big heart". Pomeranians never really think of themselves as being small, they have and show "big dog's attitude". They are territorial. Their big character has been described by owners as nothing short of fearless. Their size is approximately from four inches at the shoulder, and weighs in the range of four to seven pounds. Pomorenian dogs have a thick double coat. The Pomeranian coat can come in a variety of colors: from white to tan to orange to dark brown and to black. Top coat is made up of harsher guard hairs, and undercoat is thick and soft. Pomeranian dog begs to be touched, will not mind if you give it attention every minute of the day. They love treats. For a treat they will do just about anything. They are therefore highly trainable and they are very inteligent. Being small in size, the Pomerenians are excellent indoor dogs. Because of their small size, they can get a lot of exercise in an any small area of condominium, home, or apartment.
