How in the hell can we not sign both Marbuy and Googs? With those two and KG we go straight through to the second round next year. I know it is going to cost some big coin, but how often do you have a chance to have three All-Stars on your team at the ages that they are. Have we learned nother fromStoyko Vrankovic? What is it with the Timberwolves fasination with 7 foot white guys that can't run, jump and get up and down the court. Do the names Randy Breuer, Brad Lohaus, and Virginius Praskevicius ring any bells? HELLO! Is any one home. Some times I think McHale forgets that the Celtics are the only team to win with slow, non-athletic white guys since the 60's. Don't get me wrong, I think Kevin is one of the best things to happen to the Wolves since the fired Sidney Lowe as the head coach, but I just don't understand this pick. There were so many other players still out there. Even pick up Sam Jacobson. He's athletic, got a good outside shot and can drive to the hole. He's tall enough to play the two guard. I mean, if you are going to throw the pick away anyway you might as well go with the Minnesota boy. And now the lock-out. Don't get me started. All I have to say if I miss out in seeing Stephon play what could be his last year in a T-Wolves uniform.........heads will role.
