• Our client will provide job specification(s) of the position(s) required to be filled.

• Professional fees will be equivalent to 1 ½ months gross remuneration payable to the selected candidate. This will include Basic, DA, HRA and also any other allowances + all other monetary / perquisites payable to the candidate.

• A levy of 5% of the bill amount is payable as Service Tax as per Section 88 of the Finance Act 1997.

• Professional charges will be required to be paid within 10 days from the date of joining of the candidate.

• In case, the selected candidate leaves the job within 2 months, he will be replaced without any service charges provided reasons are attributable to the candidate.

• On joining of the candidate referred by us, the client is bound to inform us about the same.

• In case the candidate referred by us is not selected or decides not to join and the same candidate is hired by the client / associate company, subsequently against the same or different position, full professional fees will be payable to us.

• Out of pocket expenses of cost of travel of consultant / out station candidate, FAX ISD / STD / Trunk Call, Courier charges etc would be to the client’s account at actuals with prior concurrence of the client.

• Advertisement charges will be payable in advance.

• Copies of all the communication sent to the candidate including interview call, appointment letters etc are required to be sent to us for follow-up.

• Papers pertaining to those candidates who were not found suitable for the position may be returned to us.

2) Training Programmes:

• Rs 6000/- for one day programme plus travel , boarding and lodging allotments.
