Minako says this to transform into Sailor V.
Minako says this and uses her crescent compact to become disguised as another person.
Crescent moon compact: Used for transforming into other people and attacking. When it's open, the mirror inside reflects the true form of the image in it. A Pen: A communicator device that talks; Artemis listens to it and even drinks some tea with it. Minako uses it to transform into Sailor V.
If you know the descripition of what the attacks do that have a "Sailor V...??" under them, please e-mail me. Or, if I have any information wrong, please correct me as I have never read the Manga, nor can I speak or read Japanese. Thanx!! ^_^
To fulfill her mission Mina-chan gets two magical items: A pen with an antenna (a communicator) that also does a good job making homework, and a crescent-shaped compact which gives her the power to transform into other persons. The mirror inside this compact always reflects the true face of a person. This item is powered by lunar energy (in contrast to solar energy).
Aino Minako was just an ordinary girl until the day she met a cat named Artemis. Artemiss gave Minako a compact so that she could transform into the beautiful soldier of justice, Sailor V. Becoming Sailor V didn't make her perfect though. Minako is late for school and appointments almost all the time, she is very lazy, she sometimes dozes off, and she never studies. She's also boy crazy, and she is always looking for love. Minako was reluctant at first because she didn't like her outfit, and it took a problem at the Crown Game Center for her to change her mind. As Sailor V, Minako has to fight members of the Dark Agency and find out what her mission is. When she is Sailor V she has many different powers.
In the Manga Sailor V lives in Japan, and has never been to England. She fights the Dark Agency with the help of Artemis. Her best friend Hikaru looks very much like Amy and she is followed around by a geek named Amano, who looks very much like Melvin/Umino. The boss of the police department, Sakurada Natsuna, is constantly sending Wakagi, a police officer, to capture Sailor V, because she is making the police department looked insufficient. Natsuna secretly admires Sailor V and wants her to join the police department. She has a HUGE poster of Sailor V on her office wall, however Sailor V fights alone though most of the Manga. In the second volume of Sailor V, a new character named Kaitou Ace is introduced. He is a lot like Tuxedo Kamen because it is unsure what side he fights for.
Sailor V is mentioned several times during the first season of the Anime Sailor Moon. Sailor V is Serena's/Usagi's idol and Serena/Usagi is always reading Sailor V Mangas, playing the Sailor V video game, talking about Sailor V's new mobie, and more. The Sailor V in the Anime has a WAY different past than the one in the Manga. Mina/Minako is 13 and living in England with Artemis and has teamed up with a man named Alan and a woman named Katrina to fight crime. Mina/Minako has a HUGE crush on Alan. What Mina/Minako doesn't know, is that Alan and Katrina have very deep feelings for each other. When Mina/Minako finally decides she must leave England to join the other Sailor Scouts/Sailor Senshi, she runs into a warehouse fire to make the others think she is dead. After, she watches Alan and Katrina mourn over her death and hold each other closely.
