Natto Udon

Ingredient:
1 Package Udon noodles
1Pack of Natto
1Pack of Katsuobushi
2 tsps soy sauce
2 tbsps Green onion (chopped)
1 tbsp cooking oil
Preparation:
1. 1. In a large bowl, soften noodle by soaking warm water for 5 minutes or until soft.
Drain noodle and set aside.
2. Using a frying pan, heat oil until hot over high heat. Reduce to medium heat and add
udon noodle, natto, katsuobushi, and soy sauce. Stir well for 3 minutes.
3. Turn off heat and transfer noodle to plate. Garnish with green onion and serve hot.
