1. In a wok, heat oil and stir in garlic to cook until light brown. Add shrimp and
stir-fry constantly for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Add mixed vegetables and oyster sauce; stirring for 2 to 3 minutes to cook.
3. Add cornstarch mix and stir lightly until sauce thicken. Serve with rice.
*Can be substituted by thinly sliced chicken, pork, or beef.
