This deck was used by Manuel Bevand to win the PTQ in Montpellier, France.
The deck supposedly did not get a single game loss. The deck is very similar to the old high tide decks.
It is suppose to deck your opponent by turn 4. Due to the sad amount of counterspell magic in UBC, this deck tramples over other deck types.
Expect to see a Type II version very soon.
