1.) Can be enjoyed in the comfort of English class
2.) Ending can be verified without sitting through six commericals
3.) Michael and Maria's dialouge not limited to occaisional sparring between kisses.
4.) Bit characters acheive more life.
5.) No interesting-yet-irrelevant side plots.
6.) Able to picture (insert sex object here) any way you want. . .
7.) Easier to buy copies of the books.
8.) More plot variety.
9.) Better acting (the books are great hams)
10.) Chemistry.
