A. ABRAHAM AND FAITH.
1. Heb. 11:8, 9, 13, 17. Abraham had faith.
2. What is faith? (Heb. 11:1, 6 č 17-19).
3. His faith justified (saved) him (James 2:23).
4. How and when? (James 2:21-24). It motivated him to obey.
B. SONS OF ABRAHAM – CHILDREN OF GOD (Gal. 3:7, 26).
1. God provides for our faith (Rom. 10:17; 2 Tim. 2:11-13).
2. It will justify us (Gal. 3:8).
3. But it must produce (James 2:24).
A. THE TEXT ASSUMES THE CONNECTION.
1. The command of Jesus (Mark 16:16; Matt. 28:19; Acts 2:38).
2. Do we trust the result?

1. Not a faith only process (James 2:24).

B. SUGGESTED – A TRANSFORMATION (1 Cor. 6:9-11).
1. Dead, free from sin (Rom. 6:1-11).
2. Sin is cut off – circumcision of the heart (Col. 2:11-12).
3. Christ-likeness (1 Cor. 11:1; 2 Cor. 3:18).
