Policy:
Our policy is straight and simple. Live and healthy arrival is guaranteed. If the animals arrive in poor health or because of a shipping problem arrive dead, you will get a full refund or a replacment of the same species or of another of the same value. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase notify us within one week of receving the animal(s) and we will give you credit for the value of the animal. Sorry, you have to send the animals back on your own expense.
Shipping:
We use Airborne Express to ship our animals. Price of shipping subject to size and weight of package. We can also ship using America West Airlines. Shipping costs about 75$ using them but it will arrive same day. You have to call and make arrangements for shipping using America West prior to shipping. Purchases over $500 we will pay shipping using Airborne Express. Add 30$ if you want us to use America West Satisfaction always guaranteed.
