Well, since you're checking out my site I guess you should know a little more about me. My name is Afrim Kosovrasti. Since this whole site is based on music I'll just talk about music stuff. I first really started getting into music about 4 years ago. I never really paid attention to things like guitars and drums then suddenly after watching my friends play instuments I noticed the beauty behind music. I then bought my first guitar and practiced for a very long time. See that picture above? If you can that's a picture of my guitar. it's an Ibanez Jem 555 model. Along with that I began getting very interested in live recordings from my favorite bands. So, I started collecting from the internet and now my list has gotten pretty big as you can see from my new site. I first got into the Smashing Pumpkins. They just really sent me to a whole new world and they still do. Then came Pink Floyd, they brought out a whole new side of me. My creative side. Then, Dream Theater came along. These guys never stop amazing me both emotionally and technically. They are the most talented band if you ask me. The most moving thing in music to me though would have to be one man, STEVE VAI. This guy is just the ultimate guitar player. His emotion and style is just stunning and my guitar playing has been affected so much because of him. If it weren't for him, I think I would've quite by now. I hope he knows how great he is. If you've never heard him just go out and buy one of his cd's, anything but flexible or leftovers. You won't regret it, trust me. That guitar you see above is a custom for the man himself, Mr. Vai. Well, that's enough blabber for now.
