The idea is to get out an Opposition and a Deranged Hermit to lock the opponent's land down by tapping every upkeep. Another creature that combo's well with Opposition is Morphling, Morphling and Deranged Hermit can both be fetched with a Worldly Tutor. Later in the game you can get any land you need with Crop Rotation.
The sideboard has Masticore against weenies, Annul against Sneak Attack or Yawgmoth's Bargain combo decks and Chill against Chill against sligh. It also has Uktabi Orangatan and Tranquility for enchantment destruction. If you side in Tranquility, side out Delusions of Mediocrity.
