Global TRL by Sarah
On November 20, 1999, MTV held its annual Europe Music Awards. A feature before this presentation was Global TRL, a show (actually hosted by Carson!) that basically had VJs of many different countries list the top 10 videos in their country. Here are the results, although there are a couple missing and I (oh no!) probably have some spelling mistakes in the foreign languages. Well, here ya go:
