Favorites:
TRL Moments: When New Kids on the Block randomly (through the power of a email chain letter) made it on the countdown AT NUMBER 2 with “Hangin’ Tough.” Dave, who was guest hosting, was just freaking out and stunned. It was HILARIOUS. AND, when Korn’s “Freak on a Leash” FINALLY beat the boybands and their months-long streak at numbers 1 and 2. They made it to #2, ahead of ‘N Sync, and later beat both of them. Great stuff.
Things: Inside jokes. Laughing. Driving.
Movie: Good Will Hunting, Empire Records
TV Show: I seriously don't watch barely any TV but TRL. But I'll catch Felicity, Dawson's Creek sometimes. And I'm really starting to like Boston Public
Bands: BSB, Blink-182, Dave Matthews Band. Plus I get my kicks out of FenixTX, mxpx, Sublime, Reel Big Fish, Weezer, The Wallflowers
Last Book Read (Yes, I actually read!): Persuasion by Jane Austen
Books: Great Expectations by Charles Dickens, The Sun Also Rises by Ernest Hemingway, Watership Down by Richard Adams (that one's been there since 6th grade…), The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck, The Bean Trees by Barbara Kingsolver, Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger
City: San Francisco. If I get into Stanford, I'll be one HAPPY girl.
Sport: To watch-football (ASU Sun Devils and Minnesota Vikings baby!), to play-soccer
Video Ever on TRL: "I Want It That Way," "All the Small Things," and "Party Up""Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves for they shall never cease to be amused." "We laughed until we had to cry; We loved right down to our last goodbye." --St. Elmo's Fire
