Interview with Draven

Seggal: Where do you compete?
Draven: Right now I am working for UCW, PLW, Mayhem in RI and EWA in Maine. I do some work with Yankee Pro out of MA, I've worked CPW in CT.

Seggal: How many years have you competed?
Draven: 7 as of this November

Seggal: Who trained you?
Draven: Basically it varied, I started out with some local workers, the rest was a lot of work and dedication to learning. Thanks to a lack of money for a school.

Seggal: Who has your toughest opponent been?
Draven: That's a tough one, there have been so many. My toughest, all respect due to the others, would have to be a man named Thrash on the local circuit, we had a 6 year rivalry until just recently

Seggal: Have you held any titles?
Draven: Yes...do you want to know which?

Seggal: If you would share
Draven: ok, 6 time tag champion for two different promos. RI state Champion, Continental Champion, Current UCW cruiserweight champ, as well as Current IWA tri-state champ

Seggal: Have you wrestled any names?
Draven: Yes, Chief Jules Strongbow

Seggal: What kind of an opponent was he?
Draven: Very tough, he is definately a skilled ring veteran. His in ring presence completely impressed me.

Seggal: Do you have a finisher
Draven: It all depends on teh type of match. usually I use what I call Mimic, a copy of my opponents finisher.

Seggal: whats the toughest move you have performed
Draven: Suicide Cannonball. ...from in ring to the floor. Just a bit off and your hurting.

Seggal: If you could wrestle for any promotion what would it be?
Draven: It's every wrestlers dream to hold a WWF title, but personally I think i would go with ECW. I like the work ethic and I truly believe in Paul Heymans definiton of Hardcore.

Seggal: What was your opinion of the Beniot-Hart match?
Draven: Incredible. That's an opinion anyone should have. Two of the best, showing why they are.

Seggal: and the crowds response?
Draven: Definately not appreciative. The crowd lacked any response they should have had, espescially given the nature and work put into that match.

Seggal: Lets play the name association game, I give you a name you tell me what comes to mind.

Seggal: Perry Saturn
Draven: Under-reated, wrongly used

Seggal: Hulk Hogan
Draven: one time savior, now past prime

Seggal: Mick Foley
Draven: Underappreciated!!!!!!!!!! The true man!!

Seggal: Chris Jericho
Draven: Awesome

Seggal: Paul Heyman?
Draven: God-Send

Seggal: Draven
Draven: ummm not sure. A dedicated wrestler, good at what he does, and just like everyone else, still has a lot to learn.

Seggal: do you have any final comments for the fans?
Draven: Yeah, The fans are the most integral part of what we do. Its for them, that we put ourselves, life and body, on the line night after night. Your dedication to what we do is appreciated.
