As one of our newest sets, the lids on this useful set of waterless cookware have a unique thermometer to make it easy for you to regulate the cooking temperature. That means when you are trying to juggle a dozen different kitchen chores while cooking your meal at the same time, just a simple glance at the thermometer will tell you immediately if you are cooking the foods at the correct temperature. You can also stack cook with this set of cookware. This means once the food reaches its cooking temperature, you can move the pot of food to a different pot, stacking the pot on top of the second pot and freeing up a burner.

Contains no Aluminum in the construction.

The unique pieces that come with the set are also special, and they include a frying basket with handle, 9-1/2" universal steamer vegetable steamer, a deep-fry basket, two stainless steel bowls with lids and a vegetable grater.
