Purchase Warranty
The Purchase Warranty covers flawless, unused, and non-damaged products only.
For the visually flawed or damaged product warranty, please see below.
The Purchase Warranty states that you have 10 days from date of delivery in which to examine your cookware and determine whether or not it is the product you ordered. This warranty states that what you have received is precisely what we have shown you and described to you on our website. If it is not, or if you believe it not to be, you may request a return authorization via email from The P.B. Helms Company. This warranty states that the merchandise must be returned in it's original condition, including all packaging and instructions. This warranty does NOT cover used products.
Once you have decided to use your product, the Satisfactory Warranty is no longer in effect. Used products are covered by the Factory Lifetime Warranty (see below). Failure to comply with the specifications of this warranty may result in no satisfaction-warranty coverage.

Manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty
Upon receiving your cookware, you will have a Factory Lifetime Warranty which covers visual workmanship and damages not associated with freight carriers, and visual flaws in your cookware. The warranty reads as follows: "This cookware and accessories are guaranteed to the original purchaser for his/her lifetime to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. After requesting and receiving a Return Authorization Number, return the defective piece to the manufacturer's address on the label you will receive. DO NOT return the damaged product to the wholesale supplier's business office as will be refused by the office manager.
When returned properly, the product will either be repaired or replaced with the same or an equivalent product and returned to you within 30 days.
With wholesale purchases, the Handles and knobs are excluded from this warranty. There is a 30 day warranty on the electrical components."

NOTE: Warranty replacements must be shipped to a
destination located inside the continental USA only.
