BokChoy Home Recipes: Chocolate Covered Bok Choy

Ingredients

Necessary Equipment
  1. Separate and wash the Bok Choy leaves. Do not remove the leaves from the stalks.
  2. Cut the chocolate into small chunks.
  3. Heat chocolate in the pan until runny, but not boiling.
  4. Place wax paper and optional chopped nuts (if used) near the stove.
  5. Hold the Bok Choy leaf at the leaf end and dip the in the chocolate.
  6. Dip in chopped nuts (if desired) and place on wax paper.
