BokChoy Home Recipes: Stir Fried Bok Choy

Ingredients

Chop the onions. Cut the Bok Choy stalks into chunks approximately 1 inch square, and the leaves into larger sections. Put the oil, the soy sauce, and the ginger root into the wok. Turn on the stove. When the wok is hot, add the onion and Bok Choy stalk pieces. Stir for several minutes, until onions start to brown. Quickly add the Bok Choy leaves and stir. Turn off stove. Serve. Refrigerate any remaining stir fry.
