This is another picture of the back view of my Ariocarpus Kotschoubeyanus bud taken on 11/21/02 at around 7:30 PM. It seems that the bud will open into a flower for the next 1 to 3 days and will be pinkish, with a darker pink midstripe externally. The bud is now large, at about 1/2" long and wide.
