This layout features a character from the game Shenmue. I really like the colors of this one ^^ And the name? Well the image talks dreams and stuff...and the color looks like rust. Pretty creative huh? Anyway, you can use this image to fill up the background of your frame or take it out. Just stick it in the "BODY" section and after the URL, type in "bgproperties=fixed". Make sure you use tags >< though =) The HTML in this one is really easy to use, esp. for beginners. I was going to use a DHTML scroller except I was too lazy...and some people might get confused.
