I have came to the conclusion, that I need to be busy in order to get to feeling any better. As I was praying last night, it came to me... how I am and I knew that the Lord was letting me know.. doing a little here and there, as I am able, is the right way to go! LOL I just get to feeling to down, when I am idle! Let us remember to praise the Lord Jesus in all things!

Dated: July 16, 2002
DEAR FRIENDS & PRAYER PARTNERS.
I JUST GOT HOME FROM WORK A BIT
AGO TO FIND A MESSAGE TELLING
ME MY DAUGHTER HAD TO GO TO
TRUCKEE HOSPITAL, SO THE
DOCTOR CAN HAVE A FETAL HEART
MONITOR PUT ON HER, TO DO A
STRESS TEST ON THE BABY.
HE TOLD HER THEY CAN NOT
INDUCE LABOR ON HER.
THEY TOLD HER SHE MAY HAVE
TO HAVE A C-SECTION DONE.
I AM GETTNG READY TO HEAD
OVER THERE NOW. MY NIECE
TOLD ME SHERRY IS REALLY
SCARED AND WANTS ME WITH HER.
I HAVE TRIED TO KEEP HER
FROM BEING AFRAID, BUT I WAS
NOT HOME TO GO WITH HER FOR
HER APPOINTMENT, DUE TO WORK.
PLEASE KEEP HER AND THE BABY
IN YOUR PRAYERS. AS SOON
AS I KNOW SOMETHING I WILL
WRITE AND LET YOU ALL KNOW.
I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A
MINUTE OUT TO THANK OUR LORD
FOR PROTECTING THOSE IN QUINCY
DRING THE TORNADO. 60 PLUS
HOMES WERE DAMAGED OR
DESTROYED, BUT PRAISE GOD,
NO DEATHS AND ONLY ONE INJURY.
PLEASE ALSO REMEMBER
THOSE WHO LOST HOMES AND HAVE
DAMAGED HOMES. GOD BLESS YOU ALL
AND I THANK HIM FOR SUCH
A WONDERFUL FAMILY.

~ Davy is having to go through another procedure, because of his recent stroke! Davy is so special to us Precious Savior.... please be with him, your will be done of course, but we are pleading for your will to be.. that we have Davy with us and feeling so much better, Lord! Be with his loving mother as she has been through so much... I know she is precious to you too, Lord... keep her in your loving arms and help us all to support and understand your working, of your will in this family... in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit we ask ...Amen.

Update from Alice, July 18th
I WANTED YOU TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING.
THE DOCTOR CALLED US AND HE WANTS
HER IN TRUCKEE ON FRIDY. HE SAID HE
WANTS ANOTHER FETAL MONITOR DONE
ON THE BABY. HE SAID SHE IS TO
SEE THE DOCTOR TUESDAY AND THEN
THEY WILL DECIDE WHAT HE PLANS TO DO.
HE TOLD HER HE WANTS TO KEEP A PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR THEM.

Our Prayer

Precious Lord and Savior!
Please be with our sick, tired brothers and sisters, Lord... You have already done so much for us, how can we ask for anymore? You have given us such hope and uplift, help us to always remember that in our times of need and desire! I know your will is not always the will we have for ourselves and we know that you do know best Lord, but we come to you today... to ask for the gueidence and watchful compassiom and care for our brothers and sisters, your children who are ill and inficted in this cruel, harsh world in which we live... Help up to learn to take more notice of the beauty around us, your creations and help us to spend less time on the woes of illness while we are here! You have provided us with our every need and we know you will continue to watch over each of us... we Thank you precious Savior for our answered prayers as we now accept them as your will, dear Jesus... in your loving name we pray ...Amen
