I work with many autistic children at my job and I'd like to share with you the information that I've learned. Autistic children's abilities can range from mild to severe. I've worked with autistic children who are full inclusion and they have an instructional assistant help them in a regular classroom. Granted, some of these children do well, but many of them if you change their routine get very erratic. They do not like change. I work with children everyday and to see what is going on in Cambodia. It brings me to tears to try and understand how and why? I understand there is poverty, but for kids to have to do this and for the people who do this to kids...........I can't believe things like this even happen.
