We increase the stroke to 76mm and the bore to 76mm using our portedversion of the Niks 330 cylinder. This kit when used with our exhaust and intakecomponents will give a 30 hp increase over stock. We suggest the up-gradedclutch with a Hinson clutch basket, machine the clutch center and pressure plateto accept 15 clutch plates. Kit requires case machining. The result is a reliableHonda that is unbelievably fast and ridable. Our complete approach to this kitassures that all you have to do to is add gas and go riding!
This LRD motor below is for a 400ex . The LRD 460 kit includes a 4 mm stroke increase with a 89 mm bore piston. Along with the displacement we increase the air flowwith our big-valve head mods, 39 mm FCR Carb, LRD Exhaust System, Race Cam and Valve Springs, 15 plate clutch kit, and Hinsonclutch basket. This is the largest displace increase you can reliably do to the 400 EX. The stroke increase will make more hp at everyRPM. This results in a big increase in acceleration. Works excellent for most
types of racing and is awesome for play riding.
