Gen's Hard Cash

Dixie has found her place in life with Al Fisher, first time horse owner.  The best part is she is only a few miles from us so we can see her whenever we want to.  She is also living with Kathy and Sunshine. 

Dixie is a beautiful solid black mare that has a pedigree to die for.  She arrived in Arizona September 12th along with her beautiful solid black filly, Gen's Hard Money SW and Frankie, our new Cremello stud colt (see Our Stallion page).  We want to thank Janet and Perry Johns for allowing us to own such a fine mare as Dixie.  She will be bred to Chance's Are Gold for a Spring 2005 foal.  We expect her to produce another beautiful Buckskin Colt.  Dixie is the most easy mare we own.  She is not alpha and get along with any other horse.  Her ride is like heaven.  Her fast walk is unbelievable.  She has a long stride with a swingy rear.  We were told she was trained as a show mare but never shown.  After five years of being a brood mare, she took the ride like it was only yesterday.  She is a fantastic mother and has never had a problem foaling.
