While attending the Celebration and sales, we stopped by the SSHBEA and finished up the paperwork to register Prism Spotted Saddle Horse. His foals of color will qualify to be registered SSH and if luck will have it, ICHR.
FLASH! Prism's training began 10/17/05. 45 minutes into his training, Albert was on his back. What a horse, he didn't care a bit. I was ready with camera in hand to take pictures of a rodeo and all we shot was a wonderful horse doing what comes naturally.
Prism is a young Classic Champagne Sabino with a producing power beyond your beliefs. He can produce champagne by itself, sabino by itself or both together. If you have a mare that happens to carry the agouti gene then you also add the possibilities of Amber champagne to the mix. His father, pictured below, is an example of a loud sabino. The following pictures were taken 10/25/05 during Prism's 4th lesson. He is starting to get the hang of this ridding thing. Ken and our 13 year old daughter, Lyndsey, even got into the saddle. You would never know he was a stallion.
