The following packages reflect different combinations of services offered based on what prior couples have requested. However, if you find that you have specific requirements that do not fit into one of these packages, Your Heart’s Desire is more than willing to create a custom package designed just for you. All of our packages include your FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION! This includes discussing your personal wedding style, a preliminary budget, your ideas and questions about etiquette, traditions and cultures. - Research and refer vendors within your budget range and other requirements indicated
- Set & attend ALL vendor appointments with client
- Attend ALL appointments to reception venues with client
- Provide discounts, free products and referral fees to client when applicable **
- Review and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure you receive the most for the price you pay
- Contact vendors one week before & one day before the wedding to verify arrival/delivery times
Wedding Assistance Package - CALL TODAY FOR YOUR PERSONAL QUOTE!! 623-628-6280
- Two personal consultations prior to the wedding rehearsal (Consultations estimated to be one hour each)
- Review and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure you receive the most for the price you pay
- Conduct wedding rehearsal
- Check ceremony and reception sites before guests arrive to ensure that they are set up correctly
- Supply day-of “emergency kit”
- Coordinate wedding day from at least two hours prior to the wedding ceremony until the end of the reception
- Provide timeline of wedding day, including schedule of events, as well as, arrival times of contracted vendors
- Provide a variety of checklists for the wedding day and prior
- Be a communication point between all vendors on the day of the wedding, keeping in mind YOUR requests and expectations
- Able to assist and/or facilitate such duties as: bustling the wedding gown, pinning corsages & boutonnieres, assist in decorating, transport items (ie. flowers, guest book) from ceremony to reception, etc. (Specific expectations will be discussed in advance)
