the Rave with Unbecoming You and White Knuckle Trip
Okay, so we got there about two hours early like we always do and we were standing outside by the doors, when they opened. You will never guess who stepped out... none other than the amazing and wonderful drummer, Andy! So we gave him hugs and talked with him outside for a while, until he was like, "It is so cold out here. Just come in with me." or something like that. So we went inside with him and looked at some old eighties metal pictures that they have inside the lobby-type area. (Andy wishes that he could dress like and eighties metal guy and have a mullet and everything. I told him just to go for it.) Anyway, soon after coming inside, we went into the room where the show was going to be and soon found Bill. So we talked to Bill for a minute and he checked to see if we could get photo passes. (The place sadly does not give any out anymore.) So we talked to them for a while until they had to leave, but they said they'd be back. Soon after that Kevin showed up and so did the merch guy (I do not remember his name so I will refer to him as either the merch guy or drunken merch guy throughout the story.) So we talked to them for a while about movies, etc. Well, to make this a little shorter (instead of giving all the little details)... the doors opened, we helped the merch guy sell some stuff, and we talked to the members of Factory 81 on and off. Even Nate, who came around for one of the opening acts. Then, during the show we were along side of the stage in the little backstage-type area. During the song "Peace Officer" the band had a pit going on the stage... and we were right in it, of course. Then after the awesome show, we hung out with the band until the security finally said that it didn't matter that we were with the band, we had to leave. So the band told us to wait outside for them. So we did. After the band came outside, we hung out with them joking around for a while and got some pictures of us with them until we all had to leave. So it was again another good night. Sorry, it wasn't too specific, but I could never have the time to tell you all of the details.
