Recently Factory 81 has decided to independently produce, record, and distribute their next album. This is going to be a lot of work for the band, but I believe that they have enough harcore fans out there to pull it off. Yet, we need to get up off our rears and hit the streets. We need to get people interested in factory 81 now so that when they are ready to release their album we have more people to help us out. We need to hit every message board, every chat room and drill the name of the best nu-metal band into the heads of the general, uninformed public.

I will warn you that this street team doesn't operate like most street teams. You don't have to sign up and create a user name and password. In order to join the street team, you must complete one of the tasks and fufill all of its requirements. Yep, you actually have to do something to even consider yourself a part of the team. Every task requires you to give me your name and email address, the first time I recieve this information from you, your name will be added to the points page where a running total of everyones' points will be kept.

Points? What is that all about? Well, each task that you complete will be worth a certain number of points. The more tasks you complete, the more points you collect. And what exactly are the points for? The points help keep track of how much street teaming each person is doing. Street teamers will be listed on the points page in numerical order by how many points they have attained. Then every once and a while, the top person or persons, depending on the prize, will recieve a little something for their extra effort.

Well, to be honest, you don't get a hell of a lot. Remember, I pay for this site out of my pocket. I can't afford to send stickers, posters, and demos to all of you. I would go completely broke in less than a few months. Despite the fact that you won't recieve the usual swag in the mail, you will have the chance to win prizes. Not to mention having the pleasure of supporting a band that deserves it.

Alright...so what are these prizes? Haha. I'm not telling you. The prizes will never be revealed until they are given away, and they will be given away at random. I might give away a few prizes one month and none the next month. It all depends on what I can afford or get my hands on. Prizes will always go to the people with the most points. So remember, the more street teaming you do, the more likely it is you will get a prize.
