Lauryn Hill will be taking her doo wop on the road this winter. The Ruffhouse songs tress will embark on a U.S. tour starting Feb. 18 in Detroit; stops will include St. Louis, Mo. (Feb. 22); Denver (Feb. 27); San Francisco (March 2); Dallas (March 10); Atlanta (March 13); Cleveland (March 21); New York (March 24); and Newark, N.J. (April 1). Hill’s solo debut, “The Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill,” was released Aug. 25; the triple-platinum set is No. 27 on The Billboard 200.

In other live news, the Rolling Stones have beefed up their forthcoming North American arena tour by adding second dates in several cities. The Virgin veterans have scheduled extra shows in San Jose, Calif. (Jan. 30); Anaheim, Calif. (Feb. 11); Boston (March 23); and Hartford, Conn. (March 29); the tour now also wraps April 12 in Chicago. Opening acts on the jaunt include Goo Goo Dolls, Jonny Lang, and the Corrs. After the tour, the Stones will head to Europe for dates in Edinburgh, Scotland; Sheffield, England; and London.
