Izzy Hernandez originated from El Paso, Texas. He has been playing since he was 12 years old. His early influences were rock ‘n’ role. He played in a band throughout his Jr.high, and High school years. He was involved with a marching and jazz band at school. He Graduated from high school, and went up to Texas Tech, and studied electrical engineering. In 1992 he signed up with Capital EMI, with Tormenta. Currently, he is working with Sound Mex Records, and Zomba Music.
