The Lost HighwayIn the Summer of year 2000, Apox has finally taken to the road, our schedule will be posted here from time to time. So far we are certain of one thing, this tour is not a tour, this is a quest, an adventure, an escape. AUGUST: Our first stop in early August will take us Salt Lake City where we will visit friends and maybe perform, we may stop in Denver too. From August 10-September 10 we will be in the Nevada desert preparing for the onslaught of mad max freaks and mutants to come to us around the labor day week-end for an event known as The Burning Man Festival.(check it out at Burningman.com SEPTEMBER; we plan to haunt San Franpsycho and then play shows through the west north to Portland & Seattle. Expect details soon. Later in September we will be heading east possibly through Boise and SLC again, with a stop in Denver and maybe a return trip to Minneapolis before heading back to the Heartland for a gig in St.Louis Sept.30 after that its OCTOBER; and its deep south week with Alabama being the focus, and then Atlanta and then we head Northeast. Maybe. All this is subject to change because we are gypsies and road pirates with no real destiny other than just living our dream. The Caravan
We stopped in The heartland somewhere to fix a flat, we were 13 strong. On our way to Burning man we expect to link up with half a dozen others which along with our 6-7 core members makes for a nice little tribe. We expect the numbers to grow while hanging out in the desert, and San Franpsycho. |
