I confess my love to you now
As long as the sun shines brightly in the sky
I will always love you
But if the sun decided to die under the darkness
I'll love you more than I did before
If I could catch one star
And give it to you to have
It will show you I'll be here until after forever
I wish I could capture the moonlight
And release it in your eyes
Because I will always love you
Tomorrow comes
Today becomes yesturday
I look back and I see
My love has only grown
My heart beats heavily with love
The oceans say your name
As they beat against the smooth sands of life
I'll never stop loving you
Even if the waters refused to flow
If all life stopped this race of time
I'll still hold you in my heart
If there comes a day
When you look upon me with scorn
And you close your heart to me
I'll die loving you
I'll suffocate in my pain
And drown in the love I hold for you
If all the clocks in the world
Stopped telling time
I'll only become more certain of how I feel
And while you hold her hand
And smile in her face
I'll cry tears of love and heartache
Whatever you ask, I'll do
I'll fly to the moon
Around Jupiter
And come back to you
I lie here waiting, hoping, praying
That one day

Twinkle, twinkle little star
I have one wish tonight
I ask you, the one from afar
The star that shines so bright
Hear what I ask you
Know what it is that I say
His eyes, the ones that shine so blue
Tell me when comes the day
Shine, my star
Answer me now
I can't get to you by car
But I do know how
Sprinkle him with love for me
Twinkle in his window
Give him the message from me
Shine high, hang low
Let him see your love
That I gave to you for him to keep
When he looks above
To his heart you must leap
Please give him my heart
He must understand
Please, my star, you know where to start
Beyond the waters and sand
And I am blowing this kiss
Send it with the wind
Find his lips
Ruffle his hair as you go in
And give him my smile
With it, send my embrace
Travel until you find him, no matter the miles
Hurry, please, make haste
Once you're through, I know he'll shine
He will have your light
Maybe he'll be mine
For it's my love that made you bright
And once you pass it onto him
Your job is through

Protect me from harm
Shower me with love
Cover me from rain
Let in sunshine
But push away the clouds
Into your mind I must be

As long as you'll let me
But even if you don't allow me in

Your eyes are as soft as feathers

The laughter of the past
Echoes from old memories
Ones that used to make me smile
Now I have to turn my heart away
Just so I won't let the tears inside
The tears that we shared together
Now makes me wonder
Why did we go through it all?
All the secrets we shared
Why did we tell?
Those promises we made
Were never really promises
They were excuses to get passed everything
I look back on all the time
All the days we spent
I harden my heart
Zip up my soul
I'll never let another in
I'll die before I lose another
I'll walk through fire before I ever trust again
And when we talked
We felt whole, complete
"Best friends till the end", we said
We also said forever and ever
Forever was no more than a year
But despite it all
I smile for the past
I must admit
I miss it all so much
But I have to go on and grow up
Look on into the future
Dwelling on the pain makes it worse
Now we're two opposites
Passing through a world of difference
Not a second glance
I'll hide from it forever
But I do know one thing
The future can only get better
As long as he comes from my dreams
