The Falcons this year went 3-7 in the football season but as usual the band did a little better. The Falcons went to Bands Of America in orlando. The mighty falcons came in 19th out of 28 bands, we were also ranked as a division 2 band. But Director John Davis showed why the Falcons are best by coaching the group to a first place showing at the Coral Springs Christmas LIght Up Parade. There the Falcons beat out Stonmen Douglas, Dillard, and other bands in the prosses of playing Christmans on Parade, By John Owen Davis II There we tromped over them with Mike Bowers leading the way with the Baritone Raindeer. But as usual the Tubas provided more Entertainment as they plaed their rendition of Chirstmas over Kuiate. But all is well, we still won!!!
On the week of April 28 the Falcon Sound Paticapated in the Pines Day Parade And As of now we are still waiting for the results.
The Results are in and the Pines Day Parade gose to ... Charles W. Flanagan High School. Playing Get On You Feet the Falcons trumped over the other bands in a great day of fun for the entire Falcon Family. So lets heae it for the Falcons and the always loud tubas as we celabrate another great VICTORY!!
