The "Otis Groove Connection" formed in the early 1990's,by original members;Chris Martin (vocals,guitar,cuts,banjo),Sam Hager(vocals,bass,guitars),Shawn Wyen (keyboards,drum programming),and Rich Boucher (drum programming,djimba,samples,electronic drums). Over the years OGC has had many different artists sit in at jam sessions and live performances.
Influenced from bands like the Greatfull Dead,Ween,Bob Dylan,Tom Waits and Beastie Boys, they have come to create many different types of music.
