		At the band competition in Wishaw, although a bit short in numbers in the flute section, the Pride played very well. Considering the number of new members we have this season, this parade was a great improvement on the previous week in Broxburn.

		We held a very successful Blue Night and disco recently, to raise funds for the band and for our sponsor Lodge. This event was very well attended, and we would like to pay tribute to the people of Clarkston and Salsburgh for turning out to support us. The Pride played excellently at this event and received many plaudits from those attending.
