Red Branch Bio

The Red Branch Boys are an eclectic group of accomplished musicians that play Folk,
Folk-Rock, Irish, Swing, Pop, and Bluegrass and any mixture thereof. The group's music is
characterized by versatility, high quality vocal harmonies and high energy acoustic
instrumental performances. Their performance repertoire includes great original songs and
well-loved cover songs and traditional tunes.
The R.B.B. simply play good music for those people who still
believe that music is only as good as it sounds. If you want a band that jumps around a lot
but can't play, the Red Branch are not for you. If you need drum machines, synthesizers,
stage gimmicks, media hype, primal screaming or ear-splitting volumes, this is not your group.
But if you want to
hear a quality live performance of good acoustic music, check out the Red Branch Boys.
Performance venues and events have included the Penfield Fall Festival, Spencerport
Canal Days, Fairport Canal Days, the Canandaigua Concerts in the Park Series, the Golden
Link Membership Showcase, Annie Murphy's Fiddlers's Green, Barnstormer's,
Christian's Coffeehouse, Ontario County Arts Council events, Milestones, Earthtones, the Lift
Bridge Cafe, Canaltown Coffee Roasters and Border's Cafe in Victor NY.
