The West Memphis Three benefit CD will be in stores in June (tentatively). A Mark Lanegan song, featuring Ben, will be on the CD.
Mark Lanegan is also rumoured to be releasing his next solo album, due out later this year. Ben will also be playing on the CD.
The owner of the Mark Lanegan siteis thinking about starting a mailing list. "Some people have suggested that an email list be created for the purpose of discussing ideas about the solo albums' music and lyrics, as well as to introduce fans to each other. if you'd like to see something of that nature, please email me at raeni@aol.com, with a subject line of 'list'. let me know if you'd be interested, and what sort of things you'd like to see discussed. if there is enough interest, I'll start a list and you'll be informed how to join then - so right now there's no obligation, and no salesman will call. your money back if not fully satisfied. (um, that's a joke, no money will be involved). speak now, or forever hold your peace!"
A picture of Ben's bass (smashed of course) can be found at Mike Lull's wall of shame.
