Last November, a technician working for Dr. Ginsberg delivered this documentation to Lisa Marie. She witnessed yet another incident of abuse while assisting Dr. Ginsberg. These incidents were documented by her (name withheld) 5 weeks after Dr. Ginsberg let Lisa Marie go and after striking Lucy for "crying". Shortly after delivering this document, the technician insisted that Lisa Marie destroy it, stating to Lisa Marie that Dr. Ginsberg had just given her a pay raise and also a "bonus" and she will not "go against him now".
