The first time I ordered, service was great! The second time, I ordered a rifle and sabre. The rifle arrived three days later, and after two weeks I called about the sabre. The Service Rep told me he had sent me an email and tried to call me about the sabre not being in stock. He said I could have gotten a different sabre (to keep for free) while mine was being manufactured, but he didn't hear from me. I told him I never received any emails, or phone messages, and he argued with me about it! Long story short, I cancelled the order and ordered from a different supplier. (See below.)

Sabre order, take two. Ordered 1 sabre on a Wednesday. My check cleared my bank account on Friday. Two weeks go by, and I call customer service. The rep tells me that everyone is on lunch and asks me to leave a number so he can return my call when he has more info. Don't hear from the rep again until the next day, when I call again. He says he lost my phone number, and that my sabre did in fact ship out already. It shipped right after I called the first time. So...I'm still waiting for my sabre.
