The ten of us hung out in the back room as all of the fans waited for the opening act to end before the guys came out. Jesse creeped out to behind the curtain to look at the crowd. "Guys..it's packed!" he exclaimed. "Oh God..what if I pass out?" Matt asked, starting to get nervous. "You'll be fine," Larissa reassured. "What if my tank top rips!?!" Greg screamed sarcastically. "Oh God.." I laughed. All of the sudden Chris just gapsed. "What?" Cori asked curiously. "What if someone throws something and it breaks Shawn!?!" he started, "I mean..should I go out there with a shower cap on?" he said trying to sound serious. "Oh yeah, that would be really attractive..." Cori said starting to laugh. "Chris..you're freaking out about one of your spikes!" Matt exclaimed. We all looked at Chris as he blushed a little. "So?" he said quietly. "5 minutes guys," Claudia said. "Wait..Chris are you okay?" Claudia asked, noticing that Chris was blushing. "He's okay..he's just blushing because he's getting all defensive over his hair again," I said sarcastically. "Oh okay, well good luck guys! I'll see you after the show!" Claudia said before she quickly walked out of the room. "Okay guys..this is it.." Matt said nerviously. "WAIT!" Frankie exclaimed. "What?" Jesse asked. "EVERYONE TIE THEIR SHOELACES!" "Huh?" The other four replied. "Oh c'mon guys...you know that we all saw Greg trip on his shoelace at the last concert," Frankie said starting to laugh as he remembered. "SHUT UP!" Greg said looking at me and blushing a little. "That's so amusing," I laughed. "Guys..." Frankie said. "Okay-okay," the other four said as they bent down to tie their shoelaces. "Okay! they're all tied..and if I tie them any tighter..the blood circulation in my foot will be completely cut off!" Greg said pointing at his shoes. "Oh God," I sighed. "Greg.." Sara laughed. "What?" he asked curiously. "What the hell did you do to your shoe!?!" She said pointing down to his shoe. We all looked to see that his shoelaces were just in a bunch of knots. "Do you need Lauren to tie your shoes for you?" Nikki said sarcastically. "No..of course not," Greg said trying to keep a straight face. "Greg look..this is what your shoelaces should look like," Jesse said pointing to his shoe. "LAAAURIE! MAKE IT PRETTY!!" Greg whined. "Coming.." I laughed as I walked over. I kneeled down to tie his shoes. "Oh God..I can't believe I'm tying your shoes.." I sighed sarcastically. "Aww..how cute.." Matt laughed. "Shut up Matt!" I replied. "Well..it's umm..time.." Matt said, looking at the dark stage. "Good luck," I said to Greg as I walked over and gave him a quick kiss.
We walked out of the room to see everyone looking at the stage and screaming. "Guys, there's Claudia," I pointed out. We all walked over to see Claudia taking pictures of the crowd. "Hey Claudia," Larissa said quietly. "Hey girls," she said as she turned around to talk to us. "Are you guys gonna hang back here with me or do your own thing?" she asked us curiously. "Umm..would you mind if we hung out with your for a while?" Nikki asked. "No problem," Claudia smiled. "Thanks," the five of us said together. The lights got were off and smoke started to fill the stage area as the music for 'Let's Get Funky Tonite' came on. The lights came on and the five of them started to sing. "Wanna rock you steady baby, come on now let's go crazy, you know the time is right so let's get funky tonight," they sang. "Feel the temperature start to rise, it's electric when we get together, see the love shinging in your eyes, i wish tonight could last forever," Jesse sang. As soon as he started singing, girls all over the theatre started screaming. "GO JESSE..GO JESSE!" Sara chanted.
The guys saw us standing with Claudia and started to sing to us. "Oh my God! I think Jesse just looked at me!" a girl exclaimed to one of her friends. The five of us and Claudia just started to laugh quietly. The next song they sang was 'Gotta Get the Girl.' We saw them standing in their spots and noticed something. "SHOELACE!" Courtney screamed to Chris as he looked down to find that his shoelace had come undone. He just shook his head and started laughing. After the first couple minutes, he walked to the side of the stage and quickly tied his shoe before returning to finish the dance. Claudia just looked at us with a weird look. "It's a loong story," I said still laughing. "I've got time..shoot," Claudia said, waiting to hear what we found so funny about a shoelace. "Well..before the guys went onto the stage, Frankie flipped out and made all of the guys tie their shoelaces so no one would trip during the concert," Larissa said, starting to calm down. "Oh God.." Claudia sighed sarcastically. "That's Frankie for ya.." Nik said smiling. "Yeah..well listen girls, I have to go find Mrs. Raposo, but I'll see you five later, bye!" Claudia said as she gave us each a hug and walked away. As the chorus for 'It Happens Every Time' came on, the five us stood in a line and did the dance to the chorus. The guys saw us doing the dance and started to laugh. When the song 'Jennifer Goodbye' came on, Greg walked down the catwalk and started to seranade the crowd. He walked to the right and picked out a little 10 year old girl to go on stage with him. "Aww..that's so cute," I sighed. "Yeah Laur, but you better watch out before Greg cheats on you with that little ten year old!" Larissa said sarcastically. We all busted up laughing. "Wow..her hair is really curly!" Larissa said in awe. "You're a quick one!" I siad sarcaistically. "BUT IT IS!" Larissa exclaimed. "Oh God.." Sara and Nichole sighed. The last song that the guys sang was 'Dream On.' When the song was finished the guys stood on the stage as Frankie started to talk. "We want to thank you guys so much for coming out here, you guys are the best! We'll see you later bye!" Frankie said as the other guys said 'goodbye' and walked off of the stage.
