**CHAPTER 3; Don't Let Go!**
******CHAPTER 3******
"Okay, now that I'm actually ON the ice.." Greg said sarcastically "Shut up!" I replied back, smiling at him. "Now, we're gonna push AWAY from the wall," he said taking my hands of and slightly pushing me forward. "NO!" I screamed and grabbed the wall. He stood there laughing at me. "I'm here, you'll be fine," he said staring into my eyes. "Okay, but if I fall, I"m warning you that I'm taking you down with me!" I said laughing. He laughed too and put his hands around my waist and we slowly started to move. "Wow, Greg actually got her to MOVE!" Courtney said sarcastically as she looked over at me and Greg. All of the sudden, she looked around and she couldn't find Chris! "Chris? Where are you?" she said. She looked around but didn't see him anywhere. When she turned around..she was shocked to see that he was standing right in front of her. "Surprise!" he said looking her in the eyes. "I could get used to these surprises," she said teasingly. He leaned in and they kissed.
"Are you ready to see my mad awesome ice skating skills?" Jesse said sarcastically. "Ready as I'll ever be!" Sara replied. Jesse started to skate faster and looked back at Sara to make sure that she was still paying attention to him. "Jesse! Watch out for the-" It was too late..Jesse tripped on a little dent in the ice and flew into the wall of the ice rink. She skated over to him to make sure that he was okay. "Great skating skills hot stuff," Sara said laughing. "I know, I'm great," Jesse said laughing back. However, his face was a little red because he was embarassed that he had just fallen.
"I think I'm getting this," I said, still grabbing onto Greg's arms. "Okay," he started. "Now I'm going to-" "Going to what?" I asked curiously "LET GO!" he said "NO UR NOT! NO UR NOT!" I screamed..but I grabbed his arm before I fell so he fell down with me. "I told you I'd bring you down with me!" I said looking into his gorgeous brown eyes. We were just about to kiss when Chris, Courtney, Sara and Jesse skated right up next to us. "Gawd Laur! We could hear you from across the rink!" Jesse said with his face red from laughing so hard. Everyone else found it pretty amusing too..but then again, so did we. Chris noticed the position that me and Greg were in from me pulling his arm. I was sitting on the bottom closer to the ice, and he was situated sitting next to my hip with his arm over my stomach. "So I assume things have been going okay," Chris said to Greg eyeing the position. Greg laughed and replied. "Oh yeah," he said laughing. Greg eventually got up, and I tried to get up also. I was ALMOST up all the way, but for some reason I guess my ice skates didn't want to be stable or something. But as I was about to fall, Greg caught me. We both just stood there and laughed.
Chris and Jesse were talkin for a minute while Sara and Courtney were chatting. "Greg, can we talk to you for a minute?" Jesse said. "Yeah Laurie,we gotta talk to you also" Sara said. "Okay, but can you guys come here?" I asked "I just don't feel like falling again," I laughed. They agreed and skated over 3 steps. "So..." I started. "How are you guys hitting it off?" I asked both of them. Sara just bursted out laughing...Courtney and I just looked at eachother in confusion. "What?" Courtney asked in suspiscion. "No,no we're hittin it off..but Jesse was tryin to act all macho and he tripped on the ice and ran into the wall..but he's a sweetie and not to mention HOTT! So it's all good!" Sara said still laughing. Courtney and I joined in on laughing. I looked at Courtney, and Sara knew what I was gonna say, so she said it. "And you and Chris..." Sara said curiously. She just smiled and looked over at Chris talking to Jesse and Greg. "He's good-I mean, we're good! You know what I mean!" She said stuttering. We all laughed again. And in unison Sara and Courtney said "And you and Greg?" "Do you need to ask?" I said sarcastically.
"How r u guys doing?" Jesse asked curiously to Chris and Greg. Greg answered first. "I'm doin good..she a real sweetie and damn is she hott! The good thing about her not being able to ice skate is that I get another excuse to get close to her," Greg said smiling and looking over at Lauren. "Yeah, and damn that Courtney is a hottie also! She's really cute and she can laugh at herself, so that's kewl. There's somethin about her ya know?" Chris said. Greg and Jesse nodded. Jesse knew that Chris and Greg were gonna ask how him and Sara were hitting it off. "We're good, we're good..but I felt like a real dumbass cuz I was trying to show her how I skate, and I tripped and ran into a wall..but she thought it was cute, so it wasn't that bad." "Smooth," Greg said sarcastically. Chris just stood there laughing. "Yep, I think got 'em,"Chris said, looking at Courtney. Jesse and Greg agreed, looking over at Sara and Lauren. "Umm...guys they're lookin at us," Sara said nudging me and Courtney. We all just stood there and smiled. Then they came over. "So what do you girls wanna do now? "Well...can we atleast discuss this OFF the ice?" I asked laughing. "I mean no offense, but my feet are starting to kill me!" "Sure," Chris said, laughing. After we all got our skates off, and got our sneakers we stood around in a little clearing from all the chaos of the parents and little kids running around. "So do you want me to tell my Dad to meet us back here in a couple of hours?" I asked. "Sure," they all replied in unison. With that, I went to go ask my Dad if we could stay a little longer. I asked him, and since my Mom and brother were there also, he agreed, and he told me to call him if an emergecy since I still had his cell phone. "I'll call you guys when I'm you have to come back okay?" he said seriously. "Sure, no problem. Thanks Daddy!"
I walked back over to the guys.."Okay, I got the cell phone and he's gonna call when he wants us back here," I said. "Okay," Sara replied. "So what r we gonna do now?" I asked curiously. "Well..we were thinkin that we could go 2 a movie..." Jesse said, starin at Sara. I figured I knew what Sara was thinkin, so I didn't even bother to ask if everyone agreed. We walked 4 blocks to the theatre and looked 2 c what was playing. "Hannibal, Down To Earth, Monkey Bone and Head Over Heels," were the movies playing. All of the sudden, Jesse screams out "MONKEY BONE!!!" We all looked at him like he had 3 heads. "What?" he asked innocently. We just stood there and laughed at him. "Yo Jesse..that's really lame," Chris said laughing hysterically. "AWWW!!!" we (me, courtney and sara) said as we saw Jesse blush a little. "We should go see HANNIBAL just 2 see the girlz get scared," Greg suggested with a big grin on his face.
