Chris- So, we are going to go to the Empire State Building, and then we'll split up and go our own ways after that?
Jesse-Yep, then we'll meet in Central Park at 7:30.
Marcy- Well I’m done.
Christa- Me too. Oh, and we’re paying.
Jesse and Chris- NO way!
Marcy- But you guys always pay.
Christa- We feel bad!
Jesse- Well don’t...Now come on...Me and Chris have a lot planned!
Marcy- What time is it?
Chris- It is 1:00.
The couples went to the Empire State building. They took an elevator to the very top. It was freezing so they only stayed for a little while. They went back down and then both couples set off in different directions.

Christa- So where are we going first?
Jesse- You’ll see!
Christa- Oh, and why did I have to bring my skates? Are we going to the rink after we meet up with Marcy and Chris?
Jesse- YOU’LL SEE!!!
They walked a couple of blocks. Then Jesse led Christa through a large black door.
Jesse- Wait here. Whats your favorite song?
Christa- Um okay. I love Maraiah Carey's "Butterfly."
Jesse- Okay. I’ll be right back.
Jesse disappeared and then came back with a grin on his face. He had his skates on.
Jesse- Put your skates on.
Christa- Okay.
Christa put her skates on. Then Jesse took her hand and led her through another corridor to a HUGE door.
Jesse opened the door. Christa realized she was at the Rockerfeller Ice Skating Rink.
Christa- But Jesse, it's closed! And there’s no public skating now! What’s going on?
Jesse- I have connections. I know you love to skate, so I arranged it so that we can have the rink to ourselves for 45 minutes.
Christa- Gosh Jesse. I don’t know what to say.
Jesse- Don’t say anything. The first song's for you.
"Butterfly" started playing on the loud speakers. She stepped out onto the ice and a spotlight hit her. She skated to the song and when she was done she looked over at Jesse and he was smiling. His eyes were twinkling and she never loved him more.
Christa- Jesse, this is like a dream come true! I have always wanted to be in the spotlight, with just me and the ice. I don’t know how to thank you!
Before Jesse could answer, she ran up to him and gave him a kiss. The song "Angel Of Mine" then came on.
Jesse- Come on.
Jesse held her tight as they skated around the rink. Halfway around the rink Jesse stoped her.
Jesse- I love you (He said looking deep into her eyes).
Christa- I love you too. Tears swelled up in Christa’s eyes.
Jesse- Hey, whats wrong? (He said while hugging her).
Christa-Nothing. That’s just it. I got my PM.
Jesse- Whats a PM?
Christa- My Perfect Moment.
Jesse- I gave you your PM?
Christa- Yep. Haha
Jesse- Okay, come on lets skate!
For the rest of the time, they fooled around, and Christa tried to teach Jesse how to spin, without much luck. They got off the rink and took off their skates, and put on their shoes.
Christa- Whoa, my feet are tired!
Jesse- I can help with that!
Jesse picked her up and carried her out of the rink and he put her down on the sidewalk.
Christa- Thanks!
Jesse- Now I was thinking, we could go to this jewlery store and get rings!
Christa- Oh that’s so cool.
Jesse- Okay. TAXI!
A taxi pulled up and they got in.
When they got to the jewlers' they ordered rings that said JM+CT.
Jesse- Ya know what I just realized?
Christa- What?
Jesse- People are going to think it says Jesse and Chris!
Christa- Oh, yeah. We have the same initials.
Jesse- Oh well. I’ll know what it means!
They picked up their rings. It was 5:00...
Christa- Well, we have two hours left.
Jesse- That’s just enough time to walk around for a while. We can shop too!
