I have seen this feature on a few sites now, and decided to try it out myself. I think it's a great idea, and also fun. I hope to get a good response to this! =o)

~Your name, it can be you're real name or one you made up, whatever you want to be in the story. Full Names please.
~Your Age, If you are 14 however I would have to change that in the story
~Your current location
~If you want the character to have the same personality as you then tell me what your personality is like e.g. likes, dislikes etc..
~What you look like, You can change that too for the story if you would like
~A few sentences saying why you would like to be a character in one of my stories, and what you would want your character to be like e.g. what your job would be
