The band started out as the "Detroit Vibrations" in 1968 and became "Frijid Pink" in 1969.

During the 1970's Frijid Pink performmed for audiences around the globe with great success.
A Frijid Pink concert always leaves the crowds on their feet wanting more.
Recently, the band has spent nine months writing and arranging their new album release entitled "INNER HEAT", set to be on store shelves in spring 2002.
The current line up of artists is that of seasoned professionals with music that has been carefully and skillfully written.
Each word and note were written in a style that provokes imagery and excitement that ties a modern sound with an older feel.
Frijid Pink is currently enjoying the success of these new songs and
look forward to sharing it with fans and friends, world wide.
Pinks' live show combines the old with the new as evidenced by the
re-arranged version of the 1969 single release "God Gave Me You".
