I do not know what it is, but I really liked this song. The music was uplifting and the simple lyrics got me humming and singing along by the next chorus. The instruments were well played and the vocals were great. I would recommend this song and artist to friends.

The off beat snare hit every now and then in the verses is a good idea. the hi hats create a good sense of interest and then that beat comes in and it works well. strange that in a song as good as this that the snare hit was what i decided to concentrate on but everything was so good it was hard to know where to start...
