CHAP 10

 "So you are coming to our wedding right?" Kady said talking to Jenn on the phone while she was putting together a scrapbook of her and Justin

 "Yeah I'm free. I cant believe you guys are getting married but, somehow I feel like saying finally!' Jenn laughed.

 "Yeah well it has been hard you know with Nesrin and all... but me and Justy finally got through it, so you are my maid of honor and Lance is Justy's best man Chris and Caitlyn fought hard for the spots but you and Lance seem to have won"

 "Yeah ...but I hope no one will notice we are together....." Jenn said looking around the trailer she was in.

" Well there is some luck that you guys have to dance since that is what the maid of honor and best man do"

 "True that"

* Jenn's assistant- Jessica came in and handed her a bunch of magazines *

"Kady hold on one sec" Jenn says 

"Jessica what is this? " Jenn said opening a box

" I dunno but they were sitting outside your dressing room.... look there is a note...." Jessica said handing Jenn the note.

 * DUN DUN DUN*

Dear Jennifer or should I say Mrs. Bass,

I told you I would get you back, I see you and Lance are expecting a new arrival soon don't worry I'll send money.....

"OH MY GOSH!!!!" Jenn cried

"JENN WHAT?", Kady screamed through the phone....Jenn Picked it up she forgot it fell on the floor...

" Kady the cover of every magazine.... it has me and Lance and it says I'm pregnant. "

Kady: No......

Jenn: I......I have to break up with him....there is nothing else to do........he cant get hurt....it is all my fault....

Kady: Jenn....no.....WRONG.....

Jenn: Bye

Jenn hangs up the phone and starts to dial Lance's number

Lance: Hello

Jenn: Hey

Lance: Hey Baby Doll I miss you I was thinking of coming up soon to visit.

Jenn: Wait Lance...

Lance: What .....what is it

Jenn: Where are you?

Lance: At the supermarket why?

Jenn: Ok...well then go to the magazine section....

Lance: ok....why...

Jenn: Just go please.....and hurry...

Lance: Ok there

Jenn: Look at the front covers closely

Lance: WHAT? Your not pregnant is this some kind of sick joke....Jenn I love you....

Jenn: Lance I don't want to do this on the phone but I think we should not date for a while.....just till this thing passes over....

Lance: But Jennifer we can work it out........it will be ok....where giving them what they want...they want us to not be together

*Jenn starts to cry *

Jenn: Bye Lance....

Lance's heart ached as he still had his phone up to his ear. Pregnant? He said to himself over and over. Why would someone write something like that about them unless.......unless it was true.

Jennifer regrets what she just did but she had to she did not want Lance to get in trouble, if people found out that this "rumor" was the least bit true....Jenn and Lance's life as they knew it would be over....that is why she had to stop it before she hurt even more....."I'll be ok" she sighed under her breath....or so she thought......
